In this regard, the State Bureau party group proposed to build a tobacco counterfeiting and smuggling "national chess" pattern, requiring the strengthening of cooperation in different areas, the establishment of cross-regional collaboration mechanism, joint control, joint prevention and joint fight, the formation of a joint effort to combat, in order to maximize the effectiveness of the fight. In May this year, the Department of Monopoly in Shenzhen organized Guangdong, Guangxi and Shenzhen provinces (regions and cities) to establish an inter-provincial collaboration mechanism to guide the three places to jointly combat the entry of overseas counterfeit cigarettes from Guangxi, transported to the Pearl River Delta transit and distribution activities, and has achieved initial results.
